Hi, I’m Vaibhav Prashar — a certified digital marketing trainer based in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, recognised by MESC and RASCI, two of India’s leading national skill councils. Over the years, I’ve built my training around what people actually need to get hired and grow — digital marketing, AI tools, AI training, retail skills, and English communication, all under one roof.
My Journey
I started out working on a small retail store floor, long before I ever imagined training anyone. That early, hands-on experience is what eventually pulled me toward soft-skills and digital marketing training — first through government-backed skill development projects, and later at NIIT Foundation, where I mentored 850+ students. Along the way, I earned certifications in AI, and from national skill councils like MESC and RASCI. What I’m proudest of is proving that real, credible growth in this field doesn’t require starting out in a big city — it just requires doing the work properly, wherever you are.
